Feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or stuck in a cycle of constant worry? Overthinking? As the seasons shift, the Earth Element reminds us to slow down, reconnect, and return to a place of steadiness and balance. In Classical Chinese Medicine, the Earth Element is associated with the stomach and spleen—organs believed to influence not only digestion, but also how we process life's experiences, leaving us more vulnerable to worry, rumination, and mental fatigue when out of balance.
Our Brain Bath is a unique experience that combines the healing power of Brainspotting-focused mindfulness, guided meditation, and a deeply restorative sound bath to help calm the nervous system and create space for the brain and body to reset. This Earth Element-themed Brain Bath will also explore how chronic worry affects the brain and nervous system while introducing grounding practices inspired by the Earth Element to help cultivate greater stability, resilience, and emotional balance.
As soothing sound vibrations wash over you and your nervous system settles, you'll be invited to release mental clutter, reconnect with your body, and experience a renewed sense of calm, nourishment, and inner balance.
Whether you're carrying the weight of everyday stress or simply longing to feel more grounded, this immersive experience offers space to pause, restore, and reconnect with yourself.
Cost is $60.00
