Brain Bath is a restorative experience designed to help calm the anxious mind and regulate the nervous system through Brainspotting, Qigong, and Sound Bath. Inspired by the Fire Element of summer, this gathering is designed to help calm anxiety, ease restlessness, quiet racing thoughts, restore balance, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm.
Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, overwhelm, trouble sleeping, irritability, or feeling constantly "on." Through Brainspotting, gentle Qigong movement, and a therapeutic Sound Bath, participants will be invited into a restorative experience that supports relaxation, grounding, and nervous system balance.
Rather than striving, fixing, or processing, Brain Bath offers an opportunity to pause, slow down, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and calming environment. Whether you're experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, or simply seeking a deeper sense of well-being, this experience offers space to reset and restore.

Kim Johancen, MA, LPC
Kim Johancen is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Brainspotting Consultant, and founder of Clear View Counseling & Consulting in Denver. With nearly 30 years of experience in trauma-informed, cognitive, and somatic nervous system-based care, Kim helps individuals understand and heal patterns of stress, anxiety, trauma, and overwhelm. She guides the Brainspotting portion of this experience.
Judy Thurman
Judy Thurman is a Certified Sound Therapist, Medical Qigong Practitioner, and practitioner of Classical Chinese Medicine with more than 25 years of experience. She uses sound, movement, and Eastern healing traditions to support relaxation, balance, and well-being. Judy guides the Qigong and Sound Bath portions of this experience.
