Brain Bath: Somatic Meditation and Therapeutic Sound Immersion

  • Creekside 6091 South Quebec Street Centennial, CO, 80111 United States (map)

Brain Bath is a restorative meditation designed to help the nervous system settle, regulate, and gently unwind from stress—offering a spacious reset as we enter the new year.

This experience blends visual anchoring, mindful awareness, and the soothing vibrations of a sound bath to support relaxation, integration, and nervous system regulation.

Rather than doing or processing, Brain Bath invites you into a state of rest, presence, and gentle release—allowing the mind and nervous system to soften naturally and at their own pace.

Treat both your brain and body to this restorative immersion that supports a deep sense of calm, grounding, and deeper connection with the whole self.

This offering is well-suited for anyone seeking stress relief, greater clarity, and a sense of grounding—whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice.

Cost is $60.00
